About Us
MAdE Establishment started with a simple dream – to unite people and create beautiful and lasting memories through providing high quality Greek food and an exceptional service and dining experience. This dream was realised with the opening of our first Hellenic Republic in 2008. With our brands now including Gazi, Hellenic Republic, Jimmy Grants, Yo-Chi and Greek by George Calombaris, we have our guests covered!

The Position
We are currently looking for the best of the best in venue leaders to join our Hellenic Republic team in the position of Assistant Venue Manager. This position plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and consistent guest dining experience. The main responsibilities include:
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience through seamless operations, service, venue ambience and environment
  • Work in partnership with the Venue Manager and BOH team to ensure the reputation of Hellenic Republic is upheld consistently
  • Take initiative to ensure revenue & commercial targets for the venue and functions/events are met – including wage and COGS
  • Inspire your team to over deliver on all expectations and help identify future leaders for our MAdE family
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are met as expected
  • Ensure outstanding communication and fluid team work between front and back-of-house teams

You will be hugely passionate about delivering brilliant customer experiences! You will have a relentless customer focused mentality, a keen eye for detail, and infectiously outgoing energy. You will also have; 
  • Dedicated experience supervising/leading hospitality teams in event operations

  • A love and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences constantly
