  • Contract position with long term outlook
Lengthy contract position (part time 3 days a week..potential 5 days a week at later stages) for an established Change Manager who has strong experience with Salesforce, Customer Experience and new system implementation programs

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a structured change management approach
  • Manage stakeholder groups and interests
  • Ensure integration of customer change management activities into overall program plan and individual project plans
  • Lead Change Management workshops, Change Advisory and Change Lead work
  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics, and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
  • Change, communications plans and strategies
  • Business Impacts Assessments
  • Training plans
  • Training materials Development (Instructional Writing/Design) and scheduling
  • Demonstrated experience leading project internal and external change planning and executing.
  • Experience applying SCRUM/agile methodologies
  • Capability to effectively deal with complexity, challenging the current wisdom and driving change

Salesforce change project experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
