Full Time Salesforce System Administrator with excellent opportunity for development and growth

You will be primarily involved in responding to Salesforce incidents, problems and service requests and you can expect to assist in the management of all development environments including change management, releases and deployment schedules.

Your daily duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Performing all tasks related to the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a large implementation of salesforce.com
  • Management and triaging of the Business Service Requests
  • Reporting and analysing Client Intake Key Result Area activity
  • Management and maintenance of the Salesforce Sandbox and UAT environments
  • Maintaining the Salesforce environment Change Management and Deployment schedules
  • Building and maintaining a suite of scheduled and ad-hoc reporting tools
  • Lead or participate in special projects that support business objectives
To be successful
  • A demonstrated focus on client experience and service excellence
  • Salesforce Workflow Management and Maintenance
  • Salesforce.com administration experience for minimum 100-seat environment handling all aspects of Service Cloud, CRM, case management and platform maintenance
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude for, and experience supporting, client-server and/or web-based applications and SaaS solutions
  • Ideally 1-4 years experience in Web Applications support and development
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality.
