The Position:

A fantastic opportunity to work with a compact responsive group who put valuing young people at the centre of everything they do. Seeking an enthusiastic occupational therapist who will join a small team of switched-on professionals who support young people via individualised therapeutic approaches using the latest tech to support the direct work practitioners deliver.

The Duties:
  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering appropriate support services
  • Assessing clients emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpreting results to formulate treatment goals unique to each person.
  • Provide support interventions that are evidence-based and enable improvement.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

You must have:
  • Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience within paediatric, ADHD, ASD.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and be willing to contribute to the continued growth of the business.
  • Be Self-driven, autonomous, and disciplined.
  • Be patient focussed.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
