I am seeking experienced Registered Midwives for numerous roles in either East Melbourne or Geelong!
  
Being part of one of Victoria’s largest not for profit private hospitals, you will be working with state of the art equipment, and a dynamic and multidisciplinary team with a commitment to providing best experience for women, babies and their families.
  
Suitable candidates will be willing to work across most areas of Maternity Services - antenatal, Birth Suite, Postnatal Ward, Special Care Nursery, and willing to grow whilst being in a supportive culture to achieve excellence in care.
  
Permanent full-time position $80,000 p/a (depending on year level)

What we need from you:
  • Permanent Resident of Australia 
  • Possess current midwifery and/or nursing registration with AHPRA
  • Have postnatal and/or lactation support experience
  • Previous experience in maternity and newborn nursing care
  • Have a good understanding of best practice in newborn nursing care
  • Have CPAP proficiency (highly desirable)
  • Ensure patient flow is managed whilst providing high standards of patient care
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience within Maternity Services
  • Demonstrate empathy to patients and their families
