Seeking 4 perm Registered Nurses for an Aged Care Facility in the Northern Grampians. Starting rate of $30p/h depending on experience, immediate start

The Company:

Our client is a not for profit Aged Care Facility that provides Residential Care, Respite, and Independent Living in the beautiful Northern Grampians. They have a proud history spanning over 40 years for frail aged and people living with dementia across diverse communities.   

The Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical and person-centered care to residents in adherence with organisational policy and procedure in clinical practice, documentation, and assessments to ensure clinical care needs are met. You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to influence, direct and monitor staff to ensure a high-performance culture is achieved.

To be successful, you will have; 
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Minimum 1 year paid experience in the Aged Care sector
  • Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to assess resident needs with a focus on person-centered care
  • An understanding of ACFI, Aged Care Accreditation, relevant legislation, the nursing code of practice and quality improvement processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and reporting skills
  • Full work rights in Australia (Permanent Resident)
