Super Gardens is Victoria’s longest standing, privately owned Commercial Grounds Maintenance, Landscape Construction and Turf Management specialists, servicing a diverse range of clients in Australia for 30 years.

We are an award winning leader in our industry, and with a pipeline of projects and contracts stretching well into 2020, we are looking for an experienced, Recruitment Specialist to join the team and help to resource the business for this growth.
Based from either our Mulgrave head office or our new office in Essendon Fields and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be a dynamic, resilient and driven Recruitment Specialist. This is a full time role. 
You will be motivated by delivering successful outcomes and will be responsible for managing the high volume recruitment of blue-collar roles whilst ensuring a high standard of service is provided to meet the operational needs across the business.
Day to day, you will:   
  • Manage end to end recruitment including: attracting, sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, final selection, pre-employment checks, reference checking and offer processes for blue collar roles;
  • Proactively identify and drive effective sourcing strategies to attract key talent;
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline/talent pool to address current and future recruitment requirements;
  • Maintain strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Monitor, review and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and strategies to improve performance; and
  • Provide support to broader HR projects as required
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:   
  • Strong communication skills and a successful track record in high volume, sourcing and recruitment of blue-collar roles from within an internal recruitment function or an Agency background seeking an opportunity to move to the client side;
  • Proven experience in competency or behavioural based interviewing techniques;
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel and recruitment software packages;
  • A strong customer focus and an ability to build strong relationships with a range of key stakeholders;
  • Adaptability, flexibility and a team focus;
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment; and
  • An ability to plan and priortise work requirements and meet tight deadlines.
