We are looking for a person who can use their experiences and knowledge of an Agile way of working to lift leader’s, teams’ and individual’s Agile capability and performance.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the effective implementation of SAFe practices
  • Bring expertise and experience to lift the performance of Agile teams providing guidance and increased insight to help the teams adopt Agile techniques into their working environment and to sustain the Agile way of working
  • Bring consistency and reinforce appropriate behaviours in Agile practices
  • Coach people to problem solve and resolve issues or impairments that might block delivery.
  • Relationship Management across our customers IT Group
  
What we are looking for:
  • Deep understanding of the Agile Principles and practices, experience with SAFe Agile preferred  
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor and develop people
  • Demonstrated ability to coach in a range of situations, from simple to very complex
  • Experience in working in organisations that have been through an Agile transformation and enabling the change
  • Proven experience in working in an environment that supports the combination of Design Thinking, Systems Thinking and DevOps
  • Understand Agile Coaching Competency Framework and how to implement it in a working environment
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of technology solutions
  • Experience driving leadership behaviour shifts needed to empower successful agile teams
  • Strong communications and problem-solving skills
