Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their dedicated property team and assist with expanding their store footprint and oversee relocations for existing sites and leasing management within Oceania. 

In this busy, yet rewarding role, reporting to the Facilities, Contracts & Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide day to day assistance to the centre network
  • Prepare fit out and relocation timetable/Gant Charts
  • Assist in the tender process with supplier and fit out contractors
  • Assist with the procurement of required furniture and equipment
  • Assist the Facilities, Contracts & Procurement Manager as required
  • Establishment of processes and procedures around facilities administration
  • Monitor incoming facility concerns and promptly follow up on outstanding facilities issues
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a property role ideally in property facility administration or similar coordinator role
  • Strong understanding of property & facility management
  • Background in commercial/retail leasing preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in excellent time-managing and delivering projects on time
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
