Crest personnel is working with their valued client to secure a Document controller and QA administration support for their family-owned industrial and engineering company based south metro area.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an inclusive, grounded, family-owned business.
You will provide professional, efficient administration and documentation control.  This role will involve supporting the QA team and other generalist administration/documentation control.
As a small business, you'll be required to assist and support in a few not-so-glamourous functions; running external errands for supplies if needed,  and chasing up suppliers over the phone etc. 

You will have:
  • A professional and energetic persona; multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail and a personable manner. 
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very good organisational and planning skills;
  • Computer skill must be of a high level; competent  with MS office
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines
Essential skills and experience:
  • Experience with QA documentation, control, and reporting; either in a construction or engineering environment;
  • Understanding of the  flow and management of all new and old documentation/Plans as required;
  • Be able to take (and give) a joke; you’ll need to have ‘experienced’ an industrial and/or factory environment before;
