This hugely successful and highly regarded Second Tier Commercial Contractor has been in operation for over 40 years. In that time they have continued to grow and diversify through the excellent leadership of the executive team. 

They have grown too be one of the most successful commercial builders along the Eastern Coast of Australia.  They have positioned themselves strategically to be able to take advantage of future growth opportunities in the Sydney Market and have a strong foothold in the aged care, medical, commercial and institutional build spaces and have long standing, solid relationships. 

Purely due to organic Growth they are hiring across the board with an urgent need for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. They have a number of projects coming up that include a large $60 Million mixed use build, A commercial build close to the CBD for circa $30 Million and a number of aged care projects.

They are looking to appoint a seasoned project manager who can help them with their continued growth and can deliver projects in any of the above disciplines. This is a potential job for life and one that will see you progress as the business continues to grow and take advantage of their strategic position in the market.

This is a very appealing role to any serious project manager operating in the upper mid tier to top tier market. 

The successful candidate must have:
  • Tertiary qualification in a construction related discipline
  • Previous experience in an Australian upper mid to top tier builder
  • Experience delivering projects in the $20 - $60 Million bracket 
  • Must have extensive commercial build experience in a systems driven reputable Australian contractor
  • History of longevity with former employers
  • Demonstrable ambition and steady previous career growth
  • Excellent communication, reporting and team leading skills
Salary will be anything from $200 - $240K With genuine career progression, bonuses and extras.
