Join this small, supportive team in the role of Customer Service Officer. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound queries across all products offered and ensuring superior levels of customer service.

  • Work in their inbound contact centre
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Providing value at every opportunity
  • Handling inbound calls from customers with outstanding service
  • Assisting customers with their wide range of enquiries
  • Educating customers on new products that enhance their experience
  • Handling a range of ad-hoc requests and queries
  • Troubleshooting technical issues regarding online platforms
  • Going that extra mile for customers, building genuine relationships over the phone

Skills and experience
  • Demonstrated customer service skills 
  • Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
  • Team player with a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The desire to work in an environment  
  • Credit rating 500+
  • Clear criminal conviction history
