Role  
This role is responsible for providing assistance to customers who need urgent support.
It’s an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative who is customer focused, enthusiastic with the skills and ability to problem solve.
The purpose of this role is to know and understand customers and to leverage this insight to create exceptional customer-focused outcomes.
The offices are based in Rosedale. This is a temporary position starting on Monday 21st October through until February 2020 with rotating rosters Monday to Sunday 6.30am - 11.30pm. Training will be for 3-4 weeks and is full time normal office hours, the roster then move to part time working 38-40 hours per fortnight. 

You will be required to work on Christmas Day. 



Responsibilities
You will also play an integral role in deepening relationship with customers by:
  • Responding and resolving customer needs.
  • Providing an optimal customer experience.
  • Actively listening to customer needs and follow through on promise to go the extra mile to benefit the customers.
  • Understand customer needs and connect them to the company value proposition.
  • Conduct a needs-based analysis to leverage each engagement as an opportunity to create value for customers and match the right solution to each customer needs.
  
Skills and experience
  • Seeking highly motivated, resilient, reliable, positive customer service professionals to join the customer service team.
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand geography
  • Sales and/or customer service experience in a retail or call centre environment.
  • Team players – commitment, reliability and a positive attitude.
  • Strong listening skills, an engaging communication style and proven ability to determine your customers’ needs.
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills, while working in a fast-paced, structured environment.
You will take l inbound calls, including providing assistance, quotes and new business. The customer service team use a unique sales approach, as you are empowered to engage with each customer and provide recommendations on products and services that suit their individual needs.
