We’re currently looking for an experienced New Home Sales Consultants to join our Sunshine Coast team based out of Palmview, with the opportunity to sell out of our brand new Display Centres in Harmony and Palmview opening in April!

Our Sales Consultants work by the side of our customers to create their dream. These are busy and varied roles that require a strong customer focus, a self-starter with a proven sales track record and someone who constantly strives for customer satisfaction. 

‘A day in the life of your new role’ –

  • Meeting and greeting prospects/customers as they walk through our Display Village and developing strong relationships with internal, potential and current customers
  • Working closely with our customers to design their dream home, designing packages and selling upgrade options
  • Converting leads into sales and maintaining our sales system 
  • Networking with land developers and agents
  • Opening and closing our Display Homes, maintaining their cleanliness and promotional material
  • Monitoring market conditions, competitor activity, sales volumes, pricing and product offer
Ideally, you'll -   
  • Industry Experience in Sales highly regarded
  • Be reliable, self-motivated and able to provide an outstanding level of customer service
  • Thrive on hitting your KPIs and enjoy building rapport with your customers  
  • Be available to work on weekends and public holidays as required
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have a current driver's licence
