Our Client:
Our client has staked themselves as an upcoming Melbourne builder when it comes to delivering industrial projects. Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, our client has secured a number of projects valued up to $30m and is in the position to take on board an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity:
The successful Contract Administrator will be required to, but not limited to:
  • Support the Project Managers and Senior Management
  • Liaise with clients, key stakeholders and subcontractors
  • Prepare contracts, let/vet and negotiate packages
  • Manage RFI's and variations
About You:
The successful Contract Administrator will have:
  • At least 5 years of local and relevant experience with a commercial construction head contractor.
  • Successfully delivered local industrial or commercial projects valued between $10 - $30m.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, industry intuition and the ability to work independently and within a team.
