The Role

Reporting to the State Manager working within a team of highly motivated professionals. Whilst it's a corporate environment these guys know how to have a good time. Your role is to organise and coordinate office operations and procedures. You will be the social glue, the central cog and the lever that keeps this machine going. This company loves innovation and people who are eager to drive change while keeping the flow and momentum of the business unit moving in the right direction.

Part of the role is mentoring your team. Reporting to you are a Team Administrator and Admin Assistant who will need your guidance and support. Fostering a happy and efficient team is central to your success.

  • EA duties to State Manager
  • General office administration
  • Systems and process management
  • Facilities / Asset Management
  • Branding / Templates (Corporate design packs are adhered to, spot-checking / correct use in all collateral)
  • Tender documentation and preparation
Skills & Experience
  • Intermediate-advanced skills in MS Suite
  • Experience of 3 years of more as an Office Manager, ideally with EA experience.
  • Work experience in Project Management consulting or construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Indesign, Visio or Adobe Photoshop 
  • Business Admin qualifications ideal but not essential
