This Mid Tier builder takes tremendous pride in partnering with their clients to delivery mid to high rise resi, age care and retirement living projects. Their projects range from $20mil through to $100mil. They work in the CBD and also the northern and Southern suburbs providing ongoing project work in most areas.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client has secured two new commercial building projects, a $70mil North / Western suburbs project and a $60mil CBD project. As a result they require another Contract Administrator to join their team working on head and sub contracts.
Naturally main focus is contract administration, however you will also get to be involved with broader responsibilities and tasks, such as, design management, QA, safety etc, to ensure your developing more skills to progress further than the contract administrator role.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Degree in Construction Management or equivalent couple with experience working for another builder on commercial projects
