We are looking for a passionate person to manage a team in the external disputes resolution space. Previous experience in a similar role is a must.

We are seeking an experienced manager to join an external dispute resolution team within this leading institution. The team resolves complaints and disputes about everyday banking, payment services and consumer finance products provided by the Group. 

At a time of change within the banking industry you will be leading a team who make a significant contribution to the positive outcome for customers.  

Experience needed;
  • A strong General Banking and/or Personal Lending background, with experience to complex dispute resolutions
  • Ability to lead a diverse and remote team in a high volume, high pressure environment building a high performance culture.
  • Strong understanding of business and home lending products, processes and systems
  • Experience in major dispute resolution and complex complaint management+
  • An eagerness to think outside the box – both in terms of solutions to complex complaints and process improvement.
  • Enthusiasm for problem solving so that complaints are investigated thoroughly by your team.
  • A commitment to doing the right thing.
