The Company
We are partnering with a global fintech looking to do things differently in the ever evolving payments world.  

The Opportunity 
Reporting to Head of People and Culture, the internal recruitment role will play a key role in operational HR function.  Functions of the role will include coordination and execution of end-to-end recruitmentj; on boarding and exit processes; performance management and development etc.  


  • 4+ years generalist HR experience      
  • 4+ years experience in end-to-end internal recruitment function. 
  • Technical recruitment experience a must. 
  • Experienced in high volume recruitment
  • HR Management, Business or Psychology tertiary qualifications
  • Excellent communication and highly developed stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Advanced Word and Excel skills.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience will be well regarded.
