Our Client located in Ngauranga, Wellington is looking for an organised administrator / Co - Ordinator.

Looking for a fast paced environment with lots of variety? Look no more we have a temp role available immediately for the right person. Monday to Friday. If you have a background in the construction industry this would be an advantage. 
Duties:
  • Scheduling jobs each morning
  • Communication with clients via phone and emails
  • Checking morning emails
  • Answering queries
  • General admin when required
You will need to have:
  • Self direction
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Able to make quick decisions 
  • Be resilient 
  • Microsoft experience
  • Co ordination skills an advantage
  • Scheduling skills an advantage
