Part time 3 - 6 month temp position - Compliance based

Join a focused team who deliver  professional solutions and service to the NZ Marine Industry.

This is an immediate start role and you will need to have a solid understanding of Health and Safety compliance, along with experience in maintaining documentation to high standards.

Key duties:
  • Assisting with reviewing and maintaining compliance of manuals, forms and databases.
  • Collating information for external certifications.
  • Recording internal and external audit findings and actions.
  • Assisting the HSEQ Officer with weekly planning meetings.
  • Preparation and delivery of HSEQ presentations for staff inductions.
  • Supporting HR manager in developing staff KPI's

Key Capabilities:
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of NZ Health and Safety legislation and best practice.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptability.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • High level of motivation.

We're looking for someone able to start immediately.

Must have full drivers licence.
