Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for a fresh challenge?
We are looking for Legal Secretaries and Executives available for short-term or longer-term full-time temporary assignments.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team environment so should be personable, enthusiastic and diligent. To be successful you will need to be very efficient and organised with a positive attitude, professional and well presented with exceptional communication skills. You must have initiative, competence and self-drive; you will take ownership and pride in your work.
  
The Successful Applicant will possess:
  • Previous legal executive or legal secretarial experience
  • A solid background working with conveyancing
  • Experience in estate administration
  • Confidence drafting documents
  • Dictation ability
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Friendly, professional phone manner and confidence dealing with clients
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to work autonomously, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Professional presentation
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office suite
  • The interpersonal skills required to thrive in a team environment
