Reporting directly to the CEO and supported by a Sales Associate you are responsible for portfolio growth and management. Developing client relationships across core industry sectors in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions, you will work with industry related professionals including re-sellers of equipment and exclusive business banking partners to meet client needs and continued growth.

You are a forward thinking, strategic Relationship Manager who is keen to take ownership to develop and manage a region. You are adept at building strong working relationships with your client base and are renowned for your customer service focus. High energy, you enjoy meeting people, and your interest in business fosters connections with good customer outcomes. 

With relevant experience, ideally in asset finance or banking, you are a natural influencer with a mix of sales experience, strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of financial statements.
