The Role:
Perfect mix of fronting with the client, talking through the issues and with plenty of scope to consult with the Director in the team. Work closely on complex cases and further hone your drafting, negotiating and advocacy skills. Get alongside your client and getting to know the business, the people and the challenges. Offering commercially pragmatic advice to clients in a simple way.

You:
Experience in employment law and ideally for at least 4 years. Attitude and style are equally important. Your ability to have that every day conversation with the client and be able to establish an easy and natural working rapport and get to know them as a person as well. Already established experience in law either as an employment law specialist or in a general capacity with employment law. You want to drive a career in employment law and are now looking for that opportunity. The right mix of people skills and a professional yet easy style of delivery.
