The key responsibilities:
Bread Baker - involved in the bread production line. You must be able to work with bread doughs of all types, including sourdough. Ideally you will have experience shaping and moulding as well as mixing. The role can be either full time or part time. A positive and 'can do' attitude are essential.
Pastry Chef - involved in the production of pastries and laminated doughs. The role can be either full time or part time. As the business is growing, it is expected the role will expand over time. Your teamwork ability within a production line is essential. You will also be qualified in dough mixing and lamination as well as decoration and baking.
