The Social Media & Community Manager is responsible for managing the brand’s social media accounts including content planning and creation, community management, ad strategies, social ambassador coordination, event coverage, competitor analysis, data analytics and reporting. The position will be responsible for executing successful social media strategies across multiple channels as well as content creation in line with brand equity. The Social Media & Community Manager should be at the forefront of social media trends and best practices, as well as be able to create and curate engaging content and have the ability to work on multiple projects at any one time.
The successful candidate will have experience in building, developing and growing online communities and relationships within a comparative company or a social media agency; coupled with a strong working knowledge of social platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and paid social advertising tools, tactics and strategies. You will also possess experience using advanced social media analytics software and reporting tools to help maximize campaign performance and provide commercial insight.
