Our client is looking for an outstanding Student Support/Tutor with a background in teaching Yoga

  • $50,000- $60,000 + Super
  • Perfect for a candidate with multiple qualifications in Yoga Instructing

Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a new age education provider who specialise in short online courses that have been carefully crafted to deliver you the skills you’ll need to succeed.  We are in need of an outstanding individual that can provide support and guidance for online yoga students.

Success in this role will rely on your ability to build rapport & relate to a wide range of students.  You will need to have exceptional communication skills with strong attention to detail, a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a great work ethic.
  
What’s in it for you?

  What do you do?
  • Provide support, guidance and tuition to students online & over the phone. 
  • Plan & deliver course material
  • Teach course material with online workshops
  • Lead online discussions of course material via forums & web chat
  • Communicate & engage with students via email & phone discussion
  • Evaluate student papers, projects & assessments
  • Maintain records on student progress & grades
  • Engage with Chief Academic Officer, Academic Director, Course Director and Course Coordinator to ensure that course content is up to date and relevant
What do you need?
  • A degree or other relevant qualifications in the Yoga industry
  • Relevant industry experience with a credible portfolio. 
  • Lecturing & Training experience not essential but highly regarded
  • Customer service focused with outstanding communication skills is essential
  • Exceptional capacity for building rapport with a range of students 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, showing enthusiasm for the role and the course content
  • High attention to detail & ability to multi task
  • Excellent written & computer literacy skills
  • Must have a proactive work ethic
  • A positive attitude, vibrancy, and a genuine motivation to succeed
