After a recent acquisition two leading retail brands (now one) are looking for new experienced staff to manage all logistics moving forward.

  • $60-70k plus super (experience dependant)
  • Western Suburbs Location
  • Immediate start I Mon-Friday I 7:30-3:30
Woods & Co have teamed up with two leading retail companies who are looking to get a large amount of stock from Sydney to Melbourne ASAP. If you have worked in logistics or warehousing previously and are looking for a new opportunity and can start immediately then please do apply!

What do you need?
  • A good attitude
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Clear verbal & written communication
  • Decision-making ability
  • The ability to hit the ground running
  • No notice period
  • Open to diversity (this is always a must)
  • AP21 experienced preferred
What do you do?
  • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
  • Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
  • Receives products and coordinates delivery
  • Prepares loads for shipment
  • Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
  • Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
  • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
  • Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles
  • Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
  • Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
