To cope with and further encourage business expansion, we require a fun-loving yet highly ambitious Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. 

The successful candidate may have experience in the recruitment process, however more importantly they will be a natural people's person who loves to build and nurture relationships. Other key criteria include a high level of organisation and motivation, and a genuine desire to pursue a career in recruitment.

What do you do?
  • Source, screen, and interview top quality candidates 
  • Monitor Consultants' jobs and provide candidates accordingly
  • Use JobAdder to create talent pools and share these with Consultants
  • Attend client meetings to learn about their businesses 
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, candidates, and staff
  • Add to our culture with your own personality 
  • Partake in monthly staff training events
What do you need?
  • Knowledge of recruitment process (highly desired)
  • Capable with computer systems/CRMs
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and candidates 
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar 
  • Ambitious, motivated, and keen to grow within the organisation
  • Enjoy working to targets and KPIs (and being rewarded accordingly!)
