Woods & Co are looking for a fun, friendly, professional to join this great conveyancing office located in the heart of Albert Park.

This ever-expanding team continue to support, grow and develop the local community as one solid unit. With an emphasis on client and customer relations, your role will not be bound to a desk. We are currently looking to open the commercial arm to the business, so having some commercial conveyancing experience under your belt is imperative. 

What do you do?

Seeking a full-time Conveyancer. You will be required to manage the conveyancing of your very own files.
  • Commercial Conveyancing.
  • 10-12 settlements a week.
  • Manage individual clients.
  • Work autonomously and assist other staff members.
  • Liaise with clients, banks, real estate agents & third-parties to prepare all required legal documents, arrange settlements and order searches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Administration.
  • Provide; trust, honesty & passion.
  • Track and monitor files.
  • Maintain CRM system.
  • You'll be using email, phone, and face-to-face communication methods.

What do you need:

  • 5+ years of conveyancing experience.
  • Commercial experience. 
  • Competent in the end to end conveyancing process.
  • Confident & comfortable communicating and liaising with new and existing clients.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Advanced computer skills & Microsoft Office experience.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong written & verbal communication.
  • Interest in the financial/lending space.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
