This prominent CBD-located accounting firm provides accounting, business and tax advice to a range of clients. They pride themselves on having created a culture surrounding continual improvement and unprecedented service.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in a business service accounting firm as a Client Services Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar such position.

What do you do?
  • Tax registration requirement advice 
  • Liaise with ATO
  • Lodge tax returns with ATO
  • Client coordination, administrative and secretarial support 
  • Manage and coordinate workflows for projects
  • Appointment management with clients and prospects
  • Family trust minutes
  • Mail outs
  • Evaluate progress against goals
  • Provide impeccable service to clients
What do you need?
  • Experience working in a similar capacity at an accounting firm (MUST)
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Computer-literate
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Xero workflow manager (preferred)
  • A desire to be with the business longterm
