Working closely with the Director, this position will see you involved in all aspects of the business. You will have exposure to all things property and facilities management while also being responsible for a variety of other tasks and functions. Your key stakeholders will largely be internal, but you will also have touchpoints with clients and tenants, so a strong customer service ethic is vital.
  • Be the champion of company culture.
  • Director support and assistance
  • Assisting property managers with reporting and proposals
  • Supporting the facilities management team with managing contractors and tenants service requests
  • Account management support with client and suppliers
  • Managing internal projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Marketing and managing social channels to build the company profile.
This role has a lot of variety, so you will need to be comfortable with that while also having the ability to manage a variety of projects. One of the first projects will be to assist with the fit-out of the new office and no doubt a decent party for all their current and potential clients.
To be successful in your application you will have experience in an office manager type role where you have managed a variety of tasks. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and also have the ability to work independently. A lot of the time staff are out of the office too so having the initiative to help where it’s needed is super important.
The role will suit someone who is keen to get a foot in the door in the commercial property market and someone who is eager and willing to help grow one of the most exciting and up and coming property business in the capital.
