Unite Resourcing are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant for a newly established office in Melbourne's CBD

Unite Resourcing is a Western Australian established boutique recruitment company, that has been in operation for the last 3 years. We have serviced some of the biggest players in the mining, resource, civil construction, and engineering industries with great success, and are branching out to the Melbourne market. We have recently been awarded our Victorian Labour Hire Agreement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in winning business in the Victorian market, ideally within the construction and resource industry. You will have a history of building strong, well-founded relationships with clients and candidates and a motivation to meet their needs.

Please note, as we are fresh to the Victorian market a vast majority of your role initially will be winning work and meeting with clients to discuss their needs. This will involve cold calling, client interaction, warm leads, and lead generation.

We are looking for the right candidate to start immediately, at our office on St Kilda road. As this will be a new venture in Melbourne, you will be working side-by-side with only one other consultant to build the desk with the backing of our pre-existing Perth office for support and administrative needs. Salary and allowances will be negotiated dependent on prior experience.

To be considered for the role, you must have:
  • 2+ years in a similar role, with industry knowledge in Victoria
  • Blue Collar recruitment experience (Civil Construction, Trades, Labour)
  • Accountability for new client relationships, ensuring client expectations are constantly exceeded
  • Excellent presentation is a must, with an eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to cold call and create leads
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Previous history with JobAdder or Astute would be beneficial, but not required
  • A friendly, go-getting, ambitious, driven personality and mentality
  • Able to work as part of a small team
  • Be able to hit the ground running
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Current Driver's Licence
