Business Development Manager required for a Refurb and fit-out Building contractor. Fantastic culture with an excellent reputation. Salary is DOE

The Company:
My client has been established in NSW for over 25 years and they are highly regarded and well reputed within the Construction Sector. They offer refurbishment and fit-out predominantly to the Hospitality Industry.  They are a family run business and operate in a highly diligent and professional manner and offer an excellent working culture within their team. 
What you will be doing:

Due to growth plans they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager person to join their team. You will continue to build relationships face to face with key decision makers across the leading Business' within Hospitality. The company target major commercial refurb projects. You will work with a supportive team and will have strong back up support.
Experience Required:
  • Experience presenting as part of a fit-out OR building contracting company
  • Ability to work autonomously but be part of the team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels
  • Business Development Experience an advantage but not essential
This is a role which will suit a hungry, energetic individual who wants to be a key part of a team. This is working alongside Senior Management and driving the business forward.

My Client will consider candidates who may want to work on contract and work a choice of their own hours offering flexibility and work/life balance. Alternatively this can be a full-time permanent role. This is a newly created position and flexibility to people's circumstances are considered.
