The BUSY Group is a not-for-profit organisation providing training, employment and community programs through our 3 business entities and across 48+ locations Australia-wide.  We have over 40 years' experience empowering job seekers, workers and businesses through our recruitment, apprenticeship and traineeship, employment and community programs.

THE ROLE
The primary purpose of this position is to efficiently and effectively lead a team of Mentors and Career and Placement Coordinators in the day-to-day operation of the BUSY At Work Australian Apprenticeship Support Network in the provision of quality mentoring and support services to Australian Apprenticeships and to provide existing workers with advice and guidance on all VET, apprenticeship or employment pathways to assist with the recruitment and retention of Australian Apprentices and Trainees.

ABOUT YOU
Your proficiency in evaluating and revising, processes, practices and methods of delivery, along with your drive to increase program effectiveness through continuous improvement enables the team to deliver excellence.

Your proven ability to manage, develop and empower a team to achieve success, along with your previous experience in social work, psychology, and/or mentoring will ensure a high achieving, successful service organisation to our clients.
