About the role:
DWS is seeking a quality focused Developer to joining our new RPA Practice (Robotic Process Automation) that is focused on developing solutions for organisations in both the Corporate and Government space. To be successful in this role you will have had demonstrable experience developing complete automation solutions; from identifying initial opportunities, analysing processes, through to the design, configuration and development of solutions.

Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in UiPath or related RPA technologies
  • Strong knowledge of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) best practices
  • 3+ years programming or development experience (.NET, C#, Visual Basic, VB.NET, etc.)
  • Scripting knowledge or experience of scripting languages, such as VBScript, Python, JavaScript, etc
  • Ability to understand and produce business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
  • Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six-Sigma
  • Experience with other AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies beneficial
