Looking to make your mark in the e-commerce space? You will not want to miss this!

  • Join a New Zealand success story based in the CBD fringe
  • Innovative, dynamic and highly skilled leadership team
  • Super opportunities for growth and advancement
From humble beginnings in Auckland 8 years ago to a major New Zealand success story in the online retail space, this 100% NZ-owned business has literally gone from strength to strength. Lead from the front by a young, forward-thinking management team, this is undoubtedly a fantastic place to work!

Due to ongoing growth, this is a newly created role to primarily support the Marketing Manager and Senior Graphic Designer. It will appeal to someone who's passionate about online retail, willing to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work behind the scenes. You'll be working with the founder of the company, senior staff and creatives - all of whom have worked on some of New Zealand's most successful brands, so this is a truly brilliant opportunity!

About the role:

The primary purpose of this role is to create good-looking ads across a range of online platforms, as well as managing content for daily EDM's. Ideally, you'll also have experience creating audiences, analysing campaigns and optimising them for conversion. You'll also provide ad-hoc support to the management team as required.

About you:
  • You have 1-3 years proven experience as a Mac Op or Graphic Designer in the online/e-commerce space
  • You're willing to do the 'grunt work' - meaning the company already has a very successful brand and ad designs in place. Therefore, your role will not be to change this (although ideas will always be welcomed) - your role will involve ensuring ad copy is inputted and presented accurately, primarily on Social Media, and putting together great content for daily EDM's.
  • You're familiar with Google Web Designer and Facebook for Business platforms
  • You're able to contribute ideas for content marketing and promotions
  • You have a portfolio of relevant work ready to present in interview
Benefits:

The benefits of joining this dynamic business are many - including the opportunity to learn from top marketing and entrepreneurial people, along with the chance to immerse yourself in the e-commerce sector and forge a career in the industry. On offer is a market competitive salary plus superb staff buying privileges on a massive range of major brand products.
