This is a role that has broad exposure both within the business and with our dealerships, the Sales Support Coordinator will:
  
  • Maintain all reporting requirements relative to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain all analytical reporting, communication and sales support for our Dealer Sales channel
  • Prepare internal and external sales reports
  • Conduct performance analysis to assist in growing the dealership business portfolio
  • Prepare sales presentations on PowerPoint for the Sales Regions including providing reporting for Dealer meetings
  • Taking ownership of enquiries, and be the critical first point of contact for our customers
  • Manage sales data in the appropriate systems (eg Access, Power BI) to ensure reporting can be accurately done
  • Work with regional sales analysts to standardise reporting
  • Run ad hoc reporting and analysis from our sales data sets
  • Support the Sales Team with ad hoc administrative tasks such as managing mail, telephone lists, preparation of monthly meeting agendas, event coordination etc.
  
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
  
  • Experience working in a commercial environment in an analytical and administrative role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint skills 
  • Experience supporting a sales team in a data analytics / customer service / administrative role in the finance industry will be highly regarded
