Our client, a leader in the childcare industry, seeks a State Operations Manager to lead high quality service delivery and grow the business. They have multiple sites across Queensland.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the organisation
  • Build and promote the service delivery culture where children come first
  • Coach, mentor and develop the leaders and front-line staff
  • Manage the organisation to ensure KPIs and service delivery levels are met
  • Identify and implement business improvements

Skills and experience

You will have senior management experience and a demonstrated track record of achieving results in a fast paced, operational environment with multiple sites across Queensland.

Childcare, education, or similar industry experience would be beneficial.
High level operational management skills and financial acumen are required as you improve the financial results whilst maintaining strong customer service levels.

You will be a strong leader and excellent communicator who has a genuine in the care and education of children.
