They currently have a unique opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their premier disputes team in Sydney. They advise clients in every industry sector, ranging from multinational corporations and major financial institutions through to government. They are part of a multi-disciplinary global disputes team of world-leading sector specialists and regional experts, who provide commercial insight and legal advice which is described by Chambers and Partners as a 'Dispute resolution powerhouse that consistently tops the rankings across the world'. Bringing together litigators, arbitrators, mediators, advocacy experts, regulatory specialists, and investigators, whatever the challenge or opportunity, they partner with their clients every step in the process.
 
As an integral member of the team, you will be involved in working on a mix of general commercial litigation and class actions matters. You will have a varied and busy workload and you will have the opportunity to work with different Partners and gain exposure to different working styles and areas of legal expertise.
 
 
Requirements:
 
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience working on a range of litigious matters in a private practice environment. You will enjoy working in a team environment, have the ability to work to tight timeframes, and truly enjoy understanding a client's business and tailoring services to their needs. A strong academic record, strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and effective time management skills are also required to be effective in this role.
