About the Role
In this challenging role you will work closely with our ANZ Account Management Team to manage and service a portfolio of clients in Australia and New Zealand. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and services in order to consult with our client regarding solutions we can provide.

What you’ll be doing:  
  • Manage a variety of national clients and continuously improve the client relationship.
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPI’s, attend monthly sales and WIP meetings.
  • Conduct face to face client meetings and deliver presentations (interstate travel is a requirement).
  • Estimating/quoting projects, sales planning and forecasting.
  • Understand client requirements and job scopes and deliver accurate quotations to clients using our accounting software – Exact.
  • Communication and coordination with other teams – projects, logistics, warehouse, purchasing, finance etc - to ensure delivery on client requirements.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with contractors and suppliers.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious person who has previous experience in a similar account management or relationship management role. This role would suit someone who has had experience working in an agency, for a corporate or from a consultancy background. 
Our ideal candidate will have:  
  • Proven experience in a sales/account management role, or similar.
  • Experience in Project Management, Project Coordination or Estimating is a nice-to-have.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and solve problems.
  • Passion for improving client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the digital merchandise, technology, shop fitting or construction industries is advantageous.
  • Ability to read Architectural and Construction drawings is a nice-to-have.
  • A current Australian drivers license
