About the Role
We are looking for a super-organised Project Coordinator / Administrator to support our busy Client Services team in delivering first-class project services to our high-profile clients.  Working closely with our Project Managers and Account Managers, you will be kept busy with the following day to day duties:
  • Project coordination for all level of projects – warranty/service jobs through to larger scale projects – from initial approval to completion
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers and builders ensuring products are dispatched and projects completed within the specified time frames
  • Project administration and support including production orders, purchase orders picking lists
  • Maintain the projects database, ensuring data is up to date
  • Attend customer site visits with the project team
  • Coordinate contractors to ensure on time delivery of projects
  • Liaise with logistics/purchasing team and warehouse to ensure stock levels are kept up to date for project pipeline and that stock is dispatched on time.
  • Provide regular and timely project status updates
About You
The ideal candidate will bring experience in administration, a client service focus and a self-motivated attitude.
Ideally you will have:
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and ERP Systems
  • Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in stakeholder management and a focus on customer service
  • Great accuracy and attention to detail
  • A current full drivers licence
This is a great role for someone with an eagerness to learn and an interest in Project Management.  The right candidate will potentially be managing their own small projects in 6-12 months.  You will be joining a well established and experienced Client Services team to learn from.
