As Head of Regulatory Compliance it will be your job to work with regulators and launch the business in Australia. We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial flair and grit. A person who can make a significant impact in a global tech company which has grown to almost 1000 employees in only a few years.

We are looking for a Legal Compliance professional. Someone with the ability to work closely with regulators on Banking Act, Payment Systems Regulations, The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act as well as ASIC and AUSTRAC guidelines.

The ideal background includes:

- Big 4 Audit/Legal background
- Experience in a regulator ie APRA, ASIC or AUSTRAC
- Excellent influencing skills
- Commercial nous, you can help the business grow
- Customer centric
- Ability to operate in a fast paced and changing business
