We are currently assisting our client in their search for a strong Administrator / HR Assistant for a part time opportunity in Coffs Harbour.

The role will be to support the HR Manager with administration duties across all tasks related to HR & Recruitment.
Duties will include:
  • Provide high level admin support to the HR Manager
  • Process and Data Entry high level transactions in line with business requirements
  • You will assist the manager with all aspects of administration when selecting, recruiting & onboarding new employees
  • prepare contracts, letters of offer and other documentation
  • Monitor and manage the HR email inbox
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is available for payroll
  • Ensure internal internet resources are up to date and accurate - updating when necessary
  • Ensure employee files are up to date and compliant in lne with company policy.
  • Generate reports in line with requirements
  • Administer probation review documentation process of potential new employees 
Person requirements

Our client is looking for someone with the following:
  • A strong administrator / Executive Assistant with 5 years experience in a busy office.
  • Experience in HR Administration is advantageous but not essential
  • A tram player, someone who is driven to make things better and strives to be part of an organisation
  • You will be someone with excellent time management skills
  • Someone who thrives on administration, organisation and the ability to multi task
  • Strong computer skills - Technology savvy
  • Excellent written on verbal communication skills

This role will working 6 hours per day - 5 days per week.  Due to the current COViD-19 Situation you will be set up at home to start with but as we progress out of COVID-19 the business will ensure the capability of safe working in the office environment.
