Our client are a well known fresh produce food distributor who supply their range of product right throughout Australia and also on the global stage.

Due to internal growth our client currently have an opening for an experienced administrative assistant to take on the role of Office Allrounder / Cashier for a 3 – 6 month period with view to possible extension.

In the role of Office Allrounder / Cashier your main duties and responsibilities include:
  • Manage daily receivables, cash sales, client accounts and payments
  • Assist with weekly reporting
  • Processing of customer invoices
  • Cash handling
  • Handling Debtor and Creditor enquiries
  • Reconciliation of cash sales banking daily
  • Assisting with customers on a daily basis both in person and via phone
Key requirements of the successful candidate include:
  • Previous customer facing experience and required
  • Strong administrative background
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks
  • Food industry experience advantageous but not essential
  • SAP experience advantageous bit not essential
  • Committed to work on a 3 – 6 month ongoing basis
  • Part-time work hours of work 5am – 12pm
  • Favourable hourly rate $$$$
