Due to internal growth our client currently have an opening for an experienced administrative assistant to take on the role of Office Allrounder / Cashier for a 3 – 6 month period with view to possible extension.
In the role of Office Allrounder / Cashier your main duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage daily receivables, cash sales, client accounts and payments
- Assist with weekly reporting
- Processing of customer invoices
- Cash handling
- Handling Debtor and Creditor enquiries
- Reconciliation of cash sales banking daily
- Assisting with customers on a daily basis both in person and via phone
- Previous customer facing experience and required
- Strong administrative background
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks
- Food industry experience advantageous but not essential
- SAP experience advantageous bit not essential
- Committed to work on a 3 – 6 month ongoing basis
- Part-time work hours of work 5am – 12pm
- Favourable hourly rate $$$$
