Experienced Speech Pathologist required to provide a comprehensive range of disability services for individuals with complex needs in the community and within group homes.

About you
  • A high level of professional judgement and knowledge to provide a wide range of speech and language supports to adolescent and adults with a variety of needs
  • Assess the communication and mealtime management abilities of the client utilising a range of assessment techniques and tools
  • Design intervention plans that are holistic, client-centric and outcomes driven
  • Provide support and assist clients, carers and families with the implementation of intervention plans and programs
Essential Criteria 
  • Approved Speech Pathology qualification and eligible for practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Genuine compassion, empathy and interest working within the aged care and disability sectors
  • Commitment to client outcomes and evidence based practice
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
  • Proven high-level interpersonal, computer, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Superior time management and prioritisation skills
