We are in search for a Mature and Experienced Real Estate Administrator, who is not only self motivated and highly customer focused, but someone who can take the reins as the first point of contact as if it were your own business. 

Reporting to the Office Manager, your duties will include but not limited to the following:
  • Answering all incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintaining and clean and presentable front of house 
  • Answering general enquiries and directing as required
  • Daily banking 
  • Basic accounts administration
  • All other tasks as assigned by the office manager
About You:
  • Well spoken and professional Phone Manner
  • Immaculate presentation 
  • Excellent Customer Service 
  • Min 6+ months in the Real Estate industry
  • Current Agent Representative Certificate 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly Organised with Excellent Oral and Written Communication
