The Role:
  • Assist the Property Management team across all offices in their administration tasks.
  • Manage all Melcorp advertising of property listings.
  • Organise and coordinate Saturday rosters for Property Managers and reception coverage.
  • Assist Director and Rental Executive Manager with administration tasks and support.
  • Maintenance of all CRM systems – Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express, Agent Box.
  • Organise and coordinate team training and events for professional/career development.
  • Create, review and roll out Standard Operating Procedures across all offices.
  • Assist Sales Administrators if required.
  • Assist with Business Development and Leasing activities if required.
  • Liase and support Trust Accountants if required.
About You:
  • Previous experience working within Real Estate administration.
  • Skilled in time management and organisation.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management.
  • Ability to assess and improve on processes.
  • Experience on Property Tree, Inspection Manager.
  • Agents Rep Certificate.
  • Be able to deal with confronting and challenging situations.
