Centacare is seeking an Administration Officer to join the admin team on a fixed term full-time contract until 10 December 2021.

Centacare Community Services, Sunshine Cost are seeking an Administration Officer to join the team; the position is fixed term full-time contract until 10 December 2021. The position will be based at the Maroochydore office and may involve some travel to other Sunshine Coast sites including Caloundra and Gympie. 
You will be responsible for supporting the Service Delivery Managers, including reviewing client files to ensure they are complete. Attending to clients to have relevant documents reviewed and signed.  The Administration Officer also provides administration support as required by the Operations and Business Manager.
In the role duties may include:
  • Assisting Service Delivery Manager with on boarding new clients including
    • Completion of documentation - Service Agreements and service plans
    • Providing information to new clients on services
  • Providing support in regards to staff rostering;
  • Clerical and administrative support ensuring 100% accuracy;
  • Import data using MS Excel;
  • Familiar with TRACCS;
  • Maintain confidential employee files and documents and;
  • Ensure the region is meeting WHS obligations and legislation.
What we need from you
  • Certificate III in Business Administration OR experience in a similar role;
  • Have experience working in either human services or health industries;
  • Knowledge and experience working in Software applications such as Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and HR Systems;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Strong ability in decision-making and problem solving;
  • Ability to work in a small team environment under minimal supervision;
  • Ability to manage own work, time and commitments;
  • Ability to extract and report on data;
  • High level organisation skills;
  • A drivers licence;
  • A roadworthy, registered and suitable insured vehicle to use for work purposes; and
  • Clear Criminal History Screening checks (Blue, Yellow and Police Check).
You will be paid in accordance to our Collective Agreement with the base salary commencing at $57, 890 per annum ($29.29 / hr) or higher depending on previous experience or qualification.
