- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience
- Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams
- Hands on and self motivated
- A love for all things fashion
- Customer service skills that go above and beyond
- Passion to exceed sales targets
- Work well under pressure
- Capable of taking responsibility for your personal and store results
- Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade
- Desire to establish a long term career
- Leading your team to provide an exceptional customer experience in-store
- Meeting sales and KPI budgets through balancing both customer service and administrative duties
- Organising and maintaining large volumes of stock, with a high visual merchandise appeal
- Preparing and managing staff rosters in-line with sales achievement
- Stock and expense control management
